護理師跟櫃台、房務人員，都很親切！ 很舒適的月中經驗～ 因為一開始完全不知道怎麼幫寶寶換尿布、洗屁股，有一個護理師很有耐心的花很多時間在房間指導，覺得很溫馨

入住還不到一週 體驗到了傳說中很厲害的腳底按摩 舒緩了從產前最後一週一直消不下來的水腫 平常捨不得也沒時間做的美膚美體spa課程都好想趁機嘗試一下 而且有護理師 醫師 泌乳顧問都很細心親切 時不時地巡房來關心媽媽的狀況 房間內的裝潢品味優雅 設施器材都很舒適 月子餐豐富多變 每餐都讓人期待 在不能出國的疫情期間 有渡假的感覺? 之前線上參觀時第一間就選了愛兒麗 參觀完就直接下訂 也不想再跟別間比較 果然是明智選擇❤️❤️❤️

很感謝愛兒麗團隊的照顧 讓新生兒備受呵護也讓新手媽媽隨時有最佳幫手可以詢問育兒知識和技巧！ 舒適的環境 加上有小兒科醫師 婦產科醫師 營養師定期做檢查超安心 尤其每日也有護理師量體溫測血壓和親切問候 緩和媽咪的壓力 有問題感恩櫃檯小姐反應也能得到即時的解決方式 大家都很親切有禮貌 值得推薦給大家喔！

快要出月子中心了～ 這次很開心能夠再次入住愛兒麗， 這裡除了服務親切、環境乾淨、設備周全、CP值高以外，嬰兒室的護理師及泌乳師都非常有耐心也相當專業，有任何問題都能隨時提問，小孩交給她們讓媽媽非常放心！ 推薦給有需要的朋友喔☺️

很開心能在這裡坐月子 一開始物色了好幾家月中 來到愛兒麗參觀時第一印象就讓人有親切、溫馨、安心的感覺、直接付訂金了 環境很乾淨、氣氛很好，一入住護理師就來關懷衛教，很專業的感覺，有任何問題24小時都能詢問、尋求協助，每週三四有小兒科、婦產科醫師問診，留意寶寶的健康狀況，隨時掌握很令人安心 護理師們都會交接好所有寶寶的狀況，並且輸入專用APP可以隨時掌握寶寶的餵奶狀況，並可以透過攝影機觀看寶寶，累了可以在房間休息，感受到無微不至的照顧。 護理師會先調查好可以call媽媽餵奶的時段（例如：9:00-21:00），雖然後來都睡到自然醒，護理師很細心的觀察到並建議可以改中午過後再call媽媽，房內也有勿擾按鈕，可以安心睡覺休息。 有時後無聊在院內閒逛，幾乎所有專員看到爸爸媽媽都會親切的打招呼（例如：爸爸媽媽好~），覺得無論走到哪都備受照顧，很溫馨。 關於餵母乳部分，有疑問隨時都能預約泌乳顧問，無論重複的問題問幾次，不僅每次都很耐心教學（簡單易懂），而且會鼓勵、把樂觀傳達給剛生產完、心情比較不穩定的媽媽，覺得內心真的很強大啊！親餵的部分也是教到會為止，護理師們也會提供不同建議，可以多方面參考。 寶寶還有游泳課體驗，超可愛，平日每天都有寶寶相關知識課程可以上課、如何照顧寶寶，如何洗澡⋯等等。爸爸媽媽真的有很多學習空間。 愛兒麗讓人覺得很能理解產後媽媽的心情，在這裡一切都能被包容，真的很安心，即將要出住了，總覺得住不夠啊！

Cozy, comfortable space

Nice place with excellent service, highly recommend

This is the second time I stayed at Aierli moon center. Last time was almost two years ago and I would still highly recommend this moon center. I'm so grateful for all the fairy godmother here, the loving nurses, nannies and the lactation consultant was always there for me to provide support and help me recover. It's a relatively new place with new facilities and modern design. It has been thoughtfully designed and the space is well utilized. 8 ping size here appears to be much bigger than other moon centers because of the great layout of the room. They designed it so that there's a handy hand washing station (or butt washing station for the baby) and a diaper changing place right near the entrance of your room. There is a curtain for your privacy so that cleaners and meal service people won't distrub you. The rooms are nicely sound prooved that ice never heard any noise from any other room. I did stay right next to the nursey so occasionally I would hear babies crying when the doors opened. What sold me last time was the heavenly massage chair and the public space that looks like a fancy cafe. Oh, did I mention the unlimited glass bottles coke and sprite and crackers? It's these little touches that showcase their incredible hospitality. The nursing staff is superb, they are caring, accommodating, and they work very hard to ensure the mom can get enough rest. Most incredible of all is that they are super responsive and accommodating. For the first baby we tried to learn as much as we can so it was a little hard for me to get enough rest. For the second baby, I just simply relied on the nursing staff and didn't even change a single diaper. Their beds are very comfy and they provide and wash pajamas so there really is nothing to worry about. If anything, I just had trouble finishing all the food, especially the soups. Food is brought in so usually it's not exactly piping hot when we get it, and the menu repeats itself a lot (mushrooms mushroom and mushrooms) but for 16 days I could still handle it. The internet is the worst though, it's a little hard to binge watch Netflix when the wifi drifts in and out every 10 minutes. Maybe my room is just a bad spot for the wifi. Cleaning staff is very courteous and kept my room nice and clean every day. They are quite rigorous about sanitizing the place (same as last time even without the pandemic) which is very professional and well appreciated especially nowadays. Nursing staff turnover is not bad as my favorite nurses and head nurse are mostly still here after 2 years. Lots of love to the nurses and nannies who made my stay very enjoyable once again. For this kind of price you really can't get anything better in Taipei. Great rooms, great facilities, and amazing care for both the mom and the baby.
