看到那麼多負評就覺得放心了? 雖然不該用一位設計師就來評價整間店 個人覺得有些助理是蠻認真的 但藍凱西設計師的說話方式跟服務態度真的有待加強 跟我預約1點 我在裡面乾坐到2.才看到她來詢問我要剪怎樣 對於專業我沒什麼好去評論的 我也不是同行 只是一位第一次去體驗的客人而已 總之我是不會再去 想去找她剪的人 建議在思考一下

去年4月就想發dcard黑特但因為沒有其他人發所以一直沒有分享出來,但看到評論那麼多負評加上後來9月的黑特文還是決定分享給後續的顧客避免踩雷。如果要單剪誠心建議多多考慮。 去年4月我跟藍凱西約剪髮,如下面評論所講設計師沒什麼時間觀念,約下午兩點,但我等到下午5:00才進去,我到現場的時候旁邊座位區還有4個人和我同樣都在等她。而且裡面有幾位都是「跟我同個時段」,有要燙有要剪的,怎麼可能一個人同時弄那麼多人,而設計師確實也忙不過來,但浪費的卻是顧客的時間。當然也有比我晚約的其他客人提前先進去,我約2:00的卻是5人中最後一個進去。老實說等2個小時我就差不多受不了想走了,但因為我隔天要錄影沒辦法披頭散髮,所以忍受了。 但進去之後,強迫推銷真的讓我非常尷尬而且不爽。我跟她約剪髮,但她一看到我粗硬髮+髮量多開始狂嫌,說這樣她沒辦法剪,剪了也不會”韓”,便問我之前難道都只去別間剪?我回答對,她卻回一句「啊那樣有韓嗎?」然後開始恥笑,到這邊我就蠻不舒服了,她就開始強硬的問我要怎麼造型、不燙她該怎麼剪,回答剪髮她就丟下一句「這我沒辦法弄」直接離開,留下尷尬無言的我。之後她又再過來問一次,然後我有提到我明天有事今天一定得剪,她「你頭髮我就是沒辦法剪,自然捲那麼嚴重怎麼剪?你有看到我其他客人嗎?他們都是來燙加剪的,你今天如果一定要剪而已那我沒辦法做」 之後知道我錢只攜帶剪髮的費用,還告知樓下有提款機要我去領^_^但因為都在那邊耗掉3、4個小時了,加上隔天有要事,臨時更不可能找其他間預約,似乎就是看我別無選擇所以態度非常強硬,後來不得已只能答應加燙。完全是「我明天要錄影她不幫剪,我到最後一定只能答應加燙」的情況 再來燙完後到剪的步驟,終於知道她為什麼死不願意替我單剪,因為根本就不擅長,去百元髮廊雷都沒有她剪髮技術雷,脖子處的頭髮直接被推成一個凹洞,然後她在店裡拿鏡子的時候直接省略給我看後腦勺的部分,還是隔天跟朋友錄影才被朋友告知剪壞 原本一直有持續光顧的他店設計師,因為錄影的事太臨時導致約不到原本的設計師才找藍凱西試試看,殊不知為了賺錢手段可以差勁成這樣,還批評其他設計師的技術^_^壓貼燙的過程也很隨便,冷燙紙根本沒完全平貼超傻眼,就只是隨便黏上去便去服務其他客人,從下午2:00搞到我7、8點才到家…. 她燙髮技術事後我是算滿意,但用強迫推銷否則不幫你服務的態度對待客人實在很爛,而燙的過程也感受不到專業和用心,只能說太過膨脹的一個設計師。而剪髮的話,建議不會剪就不要接剪髮客人,不然都只是被強迫推銷去燙髮順便剪而已,根本本末倒置

As for haircuts, it is recommended not to pick up haircut guests if you can’t cut them, otherwise you will just be forced to sell your hair to perm and cut it by the way, putting the cart before the horse.

I made an appointment with a well-known female designer who specialized in Korean hairstyle. But when I arrived at the scene, I was surprised that she had another assignment with four (4) other people at the same time. (What is the use of the appointment then?) The designer just came to cut the side and back part of my hair randomly, next the assistant came to apply the hair-perm. Honestly, the assistant service time is much longer than the designer herself. Rarely the designer came to check. After three (3) hours of the process, I still didn't get the hairstyle I want. Suddenly the designer came and said that my hair is hard to shape and she was already tired of my hair and ended my session with her. She even didn't give any solution or a better style option for my hair.

had a very good experience with designer called Magic who understood my request and i was really happy about that. went back but she wasn't there so viola cut my hair. it is horrible she not only didnt want to do what i asked her to do "because its not gonna look good" while i know my hair and what is better for it...., she tried to make me do a perm. i dont recommend her at all
