★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some members of staff, both on the phone and in person, were really nice and friendly but others at the front desk were unfriendly and very annoyed that I couldn’t speak Chinese. I acknowledge that they might be under a lot of stress or something but being rude and unfriendly is not necessary and doesn’t solve anything.
