小姐態度很好,問問題都會很耐心的回答以及解說。付完訂金離開店家之後,發現還有一些問題想要詢問店家,所以折返。進門後卻有一位穿得像DHL的送貨員還戴安全帽非常沒有禮貌的問我們:「你們要幹嘛?」該人員穿的制服跟剛剛服務的人員完全不同,當下我們完全不知道他是服務人員,也不知道如何開口詢問,還要我們問他說:「請問我們有問題是可以問你嗎?」,當下心裡才猜測他是服務人員。 重點是問他問題之後,還三不五時說:「如果不想裝就不要裝,我們也會退訂金給你。」。重點我們從頭到尾沒有提到“不裝”的相關詞,如果我們真的不裝,也不想在貴店浪費時間詢問問題。我們一直問問題也只是不想技師來看發現不能裝,或是後續在LINE上聯絡仍得不到解答,這樣反而讓技師白跑一趟,趁還在店內時可以讓自己不懂的問題得到解答。殊不知該人員的態度這麼差。 雖然不是說花錢就是大爺,可是我們說話也都很客氣啊,還是說貴店會因為商品價位的高低而選擇客人呢?只是不知道那位人員到底不知道是不是服務店家,不知道怎麼開口問。 第一次買智能門鎖,有很多問題都不懂,所以可能會問一些“白痴”問題,但這樣說話真的有夠沒禮貌欸... 總之,技師人員來裝之後,還出現了其他問題。因為有需求要裝門弓,所以請店家幫忙裝門弓,結果根本是業餘的欸... 裝完之後門一直發出嘎嘎響,原本根本不會這樣,然後說是我們自己平常沒有注意到?(請問是在推卸責任嗎?當下就覺得算了,自己花錢就好,但這句話真的感受很差,遇到問題不是想辦法解決,而是推卸責任,況且這是自家的門,會不知道原本就有嘎嘎響嗎?) 反正我們要求他拆下來了(拆下後技師無收費),結果發現門上居然有鑽「錯」洞的痕跡,真的有在誇張誒... 根本業餘的吧?你說拆下後會有孔洞痕跡我能理解,但是鎖錯真的很不能接受欸,萬一我之後要再裝其他的東西,那個位置的孔洞也完全沒辦法鎖了... 上網看該門弓材料費只要500塊左右,好一點的大概1000,店家則收2500,雖然安裝費是看店家收款,這個價位我也接受,但這樣的技術會不會太差了? Anyway,因為技師裝門弓之後有嘎嘎響,我們自己還花1500請師傅幫我們修理門欸... 來修理的師傅,看到裝孔的痕跡也很傻眼,冷笑說:「怎麼有辦法鑽錯孔?」。當下也只能尷尬地傻笑,心裡覺得真的是花錢找罪受,收了這麼高的安裝費,結果還鑽錯洞... 若當時沒有拆下來,真的是不會發現。 要不是那位服務小姐態度良好,真的連一星都不想給。當初選擇這家是因為google評論都是五星,顯得我好像格格不入,但我只想把我此次的安裝心得寫下來。

對電子鎖不是很了解,老闆娘解釋說明很專業,店裡面各種品牌都有,最後我們選擇了飛利浦電子鎖,三年保固服務蠻放心的,約定安裝時間也很準時,安裝完之後還有主動把環境清潔乾淨,整個服務品質很OK,有問題也回覆很快,值得推薦
