因SWITCH無法投影的問題前往維修,以前有在其他地方維修該問題並且有修復。 當時已明確說明是在「遊戲過程中跳出更新通知,更新完後便馬上無法投影」,但店家不斷認為是座充或是線的問題,並要求自行購買全新原廠座充與線測試,若還有問題才願意幫我處理。 首先,我不完全否認確實有一些機率,剛好在更新的同時它的座充或是線壞掉了,但是,假如認為是座充/線的疑慮,是否可以先拿店內確認沒問題的座充/線測試?這樣馬上就判斷問題點,而非在不確定的情況下,請消費者購買可能不必要的設備。 同時,我也有提到之前有在其他地方維修過這個問題,代表我認為有高機率不是座充或是線的問題時,工程師卻是回覆:喔那他就沒有幫你修(意思是我白花錢嗎?,但不好意思當時有修好啊!) 最後,跟朋友借主機插到我的座充/線,不管原廠還是副廠都馬上投影,顯然不是座充/線的問題,但我應該會另尋他間了。

先講結論:店家態度很跩,只顧修手邊的手機,問話愛理不理的。維修只求快,但很隨便,維修過程最好全程在場盯著,交回你手上也務必仔細檢查,有任何異常或損壞絕對要堅持請店家當場處理好,確定一切正常再付錢離開,否則事後店家會把責任都推給你。 ---- 過年期間發現手機充電充不進去,看這家評價蠻高,但進去就發現店家態度實在很跩,問話都愛理不理的,只顧著修手邊的手機。想說態度差就算了,趕快修好比較重要,還是請他修理。 從打開背蓋檢測到黏回背蓋大概花了30分鐘,換了充電孔後是能正常充電,但當下發現手機電源鍵和音量下鍵有點接觸不良,要多按幾次才有反應,原以為是手機作業系統異常,重新開機似乎也有改善,於是就付了1100元離開。 沒想到過了2天後,電源鍵和音量下鍵又開始異常,幾乎怎麼按都沒反應。想說再重新開機一次試試看,電源鍵按了半天總算順利關機,沒想到要重開時無法正常進入作業系統,會不斷跳入recovery mode。查了一下網路,開機時同時按下電源鍵和音量下鍵才會進入recovery mode,表示我的電源鍵和音量下鍵已經卡死長按不放。 當天就帶著手機回去找店家,質問為何原本正常的按鍵會因為換充電孔就損壞卡死。店家再次打開背蓋檢查後,只裝傻說按鍵和充電孔的位置距離很遠,不可能因為換充電孔而弄壞按鍵,而且已經過了兩天,中間使用情況不明,現在才說壞了他拒絕負責,要嘛他再幫我換掉按鍵要再收1200,但是手邊沒有按鍵可換,叫貨要再等兩天。 發現按鍵異常的當下沒有馬上請店家處理確實是我站不住腳,所以氣到拿去請別家檢查。別家檢查後發現按鍵是因為被膠黏住而卡死,推測是換完充電孔要黏回背蓋時膠塗太多,滲到電源鍵和音量下鍵。當下因為膠還沒乾透,所以多按幾次還能用,但過了兩天膠乾透,按鍵就黏死長按了。最後還多花了800元請別家清理按鍵才恢復正常。 店家第二次打開來看,按鍵卡死的原因多少應該心裡也有數,但是卻選擇裝傻把責任都推的一乾二淨,這種店勸大家要三思。
