★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 買車慎選,有很多好的經銷商。2020/1月訂車,說四月到車,因為疫情改到6月,別人晚訂車的都到車了,我的車9月才到,誰知道車到了,配備卻不齊全,一番協調後,說要賠償我9萬,並幫我重新下訂,又重新簽約,說12月到,10月中又打給我說英國取消配額。隔一週又說幫我爭取到一台配額,2021年1月到⋯
我覺得我被整的非常徹底,我要求要退車,並要賠償,主管說,車可以退,訂金算利息給我⋯50萬訂金利息1萬都不到⋯感覺很差⋯這個主管只會跟我說,規定就是這樣⋯
話說這業務,下訂前,訊息當天再晚都回,下訂後,已讀不回到不讀不回⋯或是等到2個星期後才回,打電話追問說是手機有問題⋯有這種業務?發生事情後,再可憐兮兮的跟我說我只是小業務⋯
這到底是怎麼樣的一家公司?這樣做生意?
我也不打算要賠償了,但我一定要讓大家知道,不要再有下一個犧牲者了。我的案例聽說其他幾家經銷商也有聽過,買車前,可以打聽打聽!

I think I was completely rectified. I asked to return the car and have to pay compensation. The supervisor said that the car can be refunded, and the deposit is calculated as interest. The deposit is less than 10,000 and the interest is less than 10,000... I feel very bad... Tell me, this is the rule...
Speaking of this business, before the order is placed, the message will be returned late on the same day. After the order is placed, it can’t be read back, or it can’t be read back...or wait until 2 weeks before returning, call and ask if there is a problem with the phone... Kind of business? 說真的 當時保養廠牛頭牌還爛
服務也真的不可恭維
今天訂了台RangeRover Evoque
2月下訂 4月底就交車 而且是英訂 選配選滿
不是現車(⚠️不是在九和訂的⚠️)
看到了最近的苦主 真的覺得可憐 1月訂車到現在還沒交車
只能說 還好我這次找的是台北另一間經銷商??
舊車我也不回九和保養!
好品牌真的不要被糟蹋了
I bought my first J in Jiuhe 6 years ago
Seriously, the maintenance factory's bulldog brand was still bad
The service is really not complimented
Ordered RangeRover Evoque today
Order in February and deliver the car at the end of April
Not a current car (⚠️not ordered in Jiuhe⚠️)
Seeing the recent suffering owner, I really feel pitiful. I ordered the car in January and haven’t delivered the car yet.
I can only say that fortunately, I was looking for another dealer in Taipei this time??
I won’t go back to Jiuhe for maintenance of old cars!

都什麼年代了 還看車決定買的起還買不起
也才一台破千萬的車 是在囂張什麼不懂欸
要是能給零顆星 絕對不給 這麼好的車

I have come here many times to buy a car. Except last year because of lack of manpower, I had to wait for a long time for maintenance appointments. The service quality is really good. !

超傻眼的….
雖然人很客氣但是專業度真的不行啊??♀️??♀️
瑋信的業務專業多了…環境也是
這邊的後勤保養還沒體驗過
但是就等待區環境的舒適度來說
還是瑋信的好些
給一顆星因為太不專業了
這樣不行啦…..
