唐	唐育毅 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天下午排隊結帳，排了很久快輪到我時(前面剩一人)，櫃台店員突然說：請到另一個櫃台結帳，我還沒反應過來，排在我後面長長一列的顧客搶先跑到那個櫃台，後來，我只好放回待結帳的商品，滿腹怒氣離開。我不滿為何店員當場沒有引導或主持結帳秩序？？？難道要顧客自己溝通解決嗎？感覺實在非常差的購物經驗。 I queued up for checkout this afternoon, and it took me a long time to turn to me (there was one left in front).
