★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很幸運自己第一次的按摩是獻給Jen SPA，諮詢詳細又自在，環境也非常舒適宜人，一人一間房間還有淋浴間，給人完全放鬆以及隱私的一個空間。整體按摩的療程力道恰到好處，溫柔又有力，芳療師的手好有溫度、厚實又柔軟，讓我覺得很療癒、很安心。按摩過程中，只有悅耳的音樂、流水聲，芳療師完全二不會打擾你放鬆休息。療程結束後除了有好喝的甜湯外，還會介紹今天使用的精油種類及相關功效的知識，最後，還提供今日使用的精油讓我可以帶回家延續今日的體驗，回家繼續放鬆?今晚身心靈都收穫滿滿，好滿足！！！超值得再來體驗！大推！?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 從去年開始每月固定來Jen Spa療程到現在已經離不開這處世外桃源，每次療程後身心靈都能夠得到滿滿的滋潤。
本身很怕按摩的我，無論嘗試什麼不是這裡痛就是那裡養，常常按摩完不但無達到放鬆功效，反而全身更緊繃。但這裡是我嘗試了那麼多地方以來，能夠徹頭徹尾享受全程還能夠睡著的地方（除了按減肥之外?）。芳療師也會依照當下身心靈的狀態客製調理不同的按摩精油，按摩全程也都能感受到絲毫不馬乎的用心。
起初來的時侯其實是有塑身的目標，老師很專業也都會提供很具體行的建議。搭配飲食、運動以及定期來報到做雕塑，我在短短兩三個月就看到成效（但要能耐痛就是）
如果你想找一個專業度高、優質、價格合理、能好好放鬆身心的地方，來這裡不會錯?
Since last year, I have come to Jen Spa on a regular basis for monthly treatments and now I can’t do without this paradise. After each treatment, my body and soul can be fully nourished.
I am very afraid of massage. No matter what I try, it hurts here or raises it there. Often, not only does the massage fail to achieve the relaxation effect, but the whole body becomes more tense. But here's where I've tried so many places, where I've been able to thoroughly enjoy the whole thing and still fall asleep (besides pressing to lose weight ?). Aromatherapists will also customize different massage oils according to the current state of the body and mind, and you can feel the care and attention of the whole massage process.
When I first came, I actually had a body sculpting goal, and the teachers were very professional and would provide very specific advice. Combined with diet, exercise, and regular reporting for sculpture, I saw results in just two or three months (but only if you can tolerate the pain)
If you are looking for a place that is professional, high quality, reasonably priced, and where you can relax and unwind, you can't go wrong here ?

Using her warm and soft hands, I eliminated most of the tension and pain in my body. After the massage, except for refreshments, The aromatherapist also warmly reminded me of the signals that my body sends out, which I need to be aware of and adjust, and explained the formula and the reason for today, and also sent a small gift, so that today’s physical and mental healing journey can be a little more rewarding. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best spa experience I've ever had in Taipei! The surrounding there is absolutely nice and cozy, not to mention the professional aromatherapists. Personalized essential oil treatment which is based on both your physical and mental condition. No matter you're a local or a tourist, after a long day shopping or working, Jen Spa is definitely the best place for you to soothe your nerves and body.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the best spas in Taipei. I'm so glad I found this place while vacationing here. I was breaking out due to the stress from traveling and was in need of a facial. Upon arrival to Jen Spa, their staff greeted me warmly and was very friendly. We went over my current skin condition after I filled out the skin questionnaire. For customers who cannot read Chinese like me, they do provide the questionnaire in English which is appreciated. After we discussed about the areas I wanted to improve, he introduced the products the spa uses for their facials. All their products are organic and they also incorporate essential oils into their regimen. Depending on your skin type, they will choose the products that is most suitable for your skin for the facial.
Jen then began the facial and I must say this was the best facial I've ever had. Her techniques were phenomenal and the extractions were gentle but effective. I really enjoyed the facial massage along with the other massages performed (scalp, neck, shoulder, arm and hand). Jen is very professional and experienced in what she does. She gave me a lot of tips for my acne-prone skin. The atmosphere of the spa was very relaxing and the blanket heater provided kept me nice and warm throughout the facial.
At the end of the treatment, they provided me with a bowl of snow fungus & red date soup which was delicious. Both Jen & her coworker were very friendly during the whole process and we chatted like old friends. They found out I was in Taiwan for vacation and gave me recommendations of restaurants to visit. I'm so sad I only found out about this place at the end of my 2 week stay. Jen suggested places outside of Taipei that I can visit when I return to Taiwan in the future. They even gifted me an essential oil roller that I can use on the plane which was very sweet of them. I will definitely come back here again the next time I come to Taiwan.
