Taste - fairly marbled meat good for the price. Soup base has enough flavor and other vegetable ingredients seem fresh. Ice cream is not bad although not much flavors I like.
Service - they help out, but don't have too high expectations for their memory or attention to details.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was okay I guess~~food and service quality dropped drastically. I guess I'm removing this restaurant from my fav list. Had only 3 groups in queue but waited for over an hour to get our seat, and it was past lunch peak. Staff did not know what they were doing, cleaned and set up tables but waited for 10mins before showing customer in queue to the table. It happened twice..Sorry but I don't understand this service standard.
