This elementary school is an open campus, and the walls are not very high. The street next to Jiaxian is here. Today, I just took my family out to eat Chinese food and brought the children to the school. I walked here and felt that the campus environment is pretty. It's also a PU runway, so children running and falling on it are less worried about injuries. In addition, there are children's rides next to the playground. Children can also play here

I knew this school because of the documentary "Tug of War". When I was eating ice at the Xiaoqi Taro Ice Shop, I realized that it was directly opposite.

According to the "Chinese-Japanese New Daily News" report, on April 19, 1906, the Meiji 40th (1907), the "Pearl Garden Hall allowed the establishment of the Banjo-Gongong School Branch", and on December 31 of the same year, "There are more than 40 mainland children, natives and children of the school," said that the school was a Japanese, a Taiwanese Han, and a Taiwanese aboriginal Pingpu ethnic group. According to the text of "Zeng Guoming's Master's Theory", on April 1, 1921, the branch campus was approved to be independent and named "Kai Xian Gong School"; and in the Meiji forty-five (1912) year, the Japanese official was another in the company. The establishment of the "Kai Sin Po Extra-Primary School" for Japanese children was established at the time. The number of students was 13 (after the Japanese children were separated, the number of students at the Kai Sin Po campus was 53 and the girls were only 2). In the 1920s, due to the adjustment of administrative divisions throughout Taiwan, the Tai Sin Po Extra-Primary School was renamed "Kai Sin Normal School" in the 10th year of Taisho.
Tracking the evolution of Jiaxiangong School and Jiaxian Normal Primary School. Before the Taizheng 15th (1926) year, the two schools set the principals, and then considered to save personnel expenses. From the 15th to the Showa 5 (1930), the principal The same as the Japanese Sanghara Shiro; Showa 6 (1931), for Hosokawa Takashi; Showa 7 (1932) to Showa 8 (1933), for Shijie use; Showa 9 (1934) to Showa 15 (1940) ) Year, for the new time. On April 1st, 1941, due to the Japanese government's active promotion of the imperialization policy, the Kasei Public School and the Kasei Junior Primary School were reorganized and merged into the "Kai Xian National School", namely the Japanese and Taiwanese Han Chinese. The Pingpu ethnic group with Taiwan's aboriginal people, regardless of you and me, are in class together. The principal is Imai Kunji, who will serve until the 34th year of the Republic of China (Showa 20, 1945).
Because the two schools have the same principal's karma, and then merged into one, three Japanese cultural relics can be gathered together, and saved for the teachers who have the heart, witnessing the hard work of the educators at the time and the situation of the schools in the mountainous areas. And the importance of cultural relics by educators in both eras.
On December 23rd of the Republic of China (2016), Jiaxianguoxiao celebrated the 110th anniversary of the founding of the school. Nearly a thousand people from all walks of life and friends from all walks of life attended the event.
