餐點很有特色,點了新加坡叻沙海鮮煨烏龍麵及剝皮辣椒金沙豬五花附太陽蛋飯。叻沙有點像咖哩,但是是味道好的,海鮮也給的足夠。飯有香味道也有特別。而先上的韓式炸雞有附地瓜薯條,非常好吃,夠韓式,肉也夠嫩。之後會再來的店,推推。好像去吃之前有YOUTUBER介紹過所以客人比較多,店員很客氣的說明後也感謝我們的耐心等待,之後應該會再請人來幫忙。

低消為一人一份主餐或滿$200,店內座位數不多,且座位樣式多種,剛好被分配到不是很舒坦的兩張合併圓桌,不過至少不會過於擁擠。餐點的部分非常多元,大多是混搭的創意料理,屬於重口味路線,第一口都好吃,但吃多超膩的,而且感覺身體在抗議太負擔XDDD 剝皮辣椒金沙豬五花/附太陽蛋 $220 看得到剝皮辣椒絲,不過味道不明顯,都被金沙蓋過去了,豬五花大概3-4片,整體吃起來偏單薄,但因為滿鹹的,也是配飯吃飽了... 紅酒慢燉牛肉煨南瓜麵疙瘩 $260 這是小黑板上的出現的,菜單上沒有,基本上可以說是蕃茄醬燉牛肉,紅酒味消失無蹤,南瓜只有一塊,麵疙瘩本身還行,但整碗從頭到尾都是濃濃番茄醬的味道,不可能有人整碗簌了了吧(? 信義梅燒炸雞 $160 有附地瓜薯條,偏乾,配上面的番茄醬燉牛肉剛好= =不過雞肉就還不錯,咬下後看得到雞汁不柴,但一樣"梅"啥特別,就像在吃不辣的韓式炸雞,算中規中矩

菜單設計感覺得出老闆的用心 (沒有特定侷限什麼風格的料理) 猜測每個餐點都是老闆喜歡的元素吧? 每道都很想點來吃吃看 這次和朋友來都點了剝皮辣椒金沙豬五花(會附一顆太陽蛋及一碗飯) 飯的份量很大絕對吃得飽 餐點味道: 剝皮辣椒和鹹蛋黃的風味在烹調下似乎雙雙都減弱了,辣椒味不夠、鹹蛋黃味也出不來,有點可惜。不過拌飯還是吃得很滿足! 配餐還點了一份地瓜薯條及信義梅炸雞,兩道都表現的恰到好處,不至於太驚喜。 最後是甜點的部分,焦糖乳酪布丁實在太好吃了啊~~口感紮實但不厚重,味道甜不過膩(不會刮舌苔)好想再外帶五個回家。 整體來說,是個溫馨放鬆的小餐館,服務態度也都不錯。最後還是想提醒一下,點餐希望店員能主動告知信義梅炸雞也有附地瓜薯條,避免像我們不知道的客人又點了地瓜薯條,造成吃不完浪費就有點可惜了。

今天吃的菜餚,都能感受到廚師的用心,主餐 紅酒慢燉系列南瓜麵疙瘩和太陽蛋飯,雖然是重口味的,但能吃到紅酒牛肉甜而不膩的香氣,不自覺地把麵疙瘩一直塞到嘴裡,裡頭的蔬菜有玉米筍 櫛瓜 跟 南瓜 , 都能讓嘴裡的口感清爽起來,就算平常喜歡吃清淡口味的我不自覺的把他吃完了...? 然後再加點薑絲蛤蜊鱸魚湯想轉換味道,看似簡單的清湯竟然可以做的那麼鮮甜可口不油膩,裡面還有菇類配料,這個直接湯榮登我的第一名,超想給廚師學回家自己弄!怎麼有這麼好喝的湯,也有可能是因為吃完主食後,這個湯中和了口中的鹹味反而讓我清爽起來,也填飽了剩下的空間,最後上了焦糖布丁?!! 我原本對布丁就很喜愛,但我沒有特別抱有期待,甚至也沒拍照...? 金香的布丁是表層用湯匙會QQ彈彈,內裡嫩豆腐般的口感,有點苦甜的焦糖搭配,我真的是飄飄然對這個甜點愛不釋手,開始後悔怎麼沒拍照哈哈哈 可惡啊...以後不管怎樣都要先拍再說 這次用餐經驗讓我想在來幾次把剩下不同的餐點都試試看味道,我覺得金香應該沒有甚麼雷的餐點? 最後是空間,是可愛懷舊的感覺有點日式大環境,搭配台式磁磚桌,但裝飾品又有些美式風格,但廚房的抽排風系統可能不是太足夠,用餐完畢會有油煙味,希望大家不要介意因為真的好好吃,值得一試! 如果怕等待排隊記得先訂位!
