醫術超群，有很有愛心、耐心，而且張醫師不藏私，飼主只要願意做，他都願意教

張醫生超讚的?非常熱心，感受的到他對每隻動物的愛！好像把每隻都當自己的小孩，很推薦！

獸醫很嚴肅但很細心，很為貓咪著想，提問也很願意耐心回答。收費有明細表，各項收費我覺得都很合理。もも本身是高度焦慮易緊張的貓但是血檢X光過程都很安定，也沒有掙扎吵鬧檢查過程也很好，會持續都來這家醫院做血檢追蹤。 聽了醫生的建議讓もも更換處方飼料和每天吃一至兩餐濕食或肉湯補充水份，希望下次檢查可以有更好的數據。

醫生態度很親切 講起話來很專業 讓人感覺很放心！ 其他在等待的飼主也很熱情的跟我說醫生技術很好 叫我放心～～ 家裡有寵物身體不舒服的話可以來這邊喲 推推！

小奶貓突然拉血便很緊張，還好有邱醫師的幫忙和解說，很細心也很親切，打了針和快篩，讓我們安心許多，奶貓變得有活力了，希望可以快點康復，很推薦來這家看?

Response to Vet's Comment: Calling us poor does not excuse you from charging ludicrous prices. $200 for spraying our dog with a little Frontline is preposterous. For a couple hundred more, we can buy an entire bottle! $400 for shaving her paws? Unheard of. And that $600 bottle of medicine you claimed would last a week ran out in 4 days. Even after the $700 refund, you walked away with $1100. For what? Furthermore, our dog's skin problem is not very serious, and this was confirmed by our old vet. You yourself even said her condition is incredibly common in Taiwan due to the high humidity. Never before have we ever questioned the pricing of any other vet. We are happy to pay honest prices for honest care, and we will continue to do so elsewhere. Original Review: Our experience this evening at Jingwen Animal Hospital was extremely disappointing, not because of the vet's lack of skill or knowhow, but because of his lack of honesty. While we were pleased with the way in which he and his staff handled our dog--a fearful chihuahua who usually barks during vet visits--we were appalled by the lack of transparency in the pricing scheme here. As we were leaving the shop, it occured to us that we hadn't been given a receipt, and we couldn't help but wonder why the price (2,340 NT) was so much higher than that of any other local vet we've visited, so we turned back around to ask for a print out. Upon looking over the itemized bill, we were astounded by some of the charges: an exhorbitant 600 NT charge for a tiny bottle of medicine that costs far less at other clinics, an outrageous 400 NT charge for shaving our dog's paws (a service we had never requested), a 200 NT charge for spraying her stomach a couple of times with Frontline (also never requested), and another 200 NT for administering a mystery medication. In the end, after a 20-minute phonecall with the vet explaining our dissatisfaction with their price gouging, they gave us back 700 NT. It was clear that he was aware of what he had done, as he was apologetic when returning the money, but we'll be taking our dog back to our previous vet from here on in. This place is a total cash grab.
