紅酒燉牛頰嫩度剛好，不是那種我害怕的軟泥口感，是有滿滿膠質又有肉感的入口即化?
油封鴨腿簡單用平底鍋煎一下，皮脆酥肉嫩，筷子一扳骨肉即刻分離，再沾上他們特製的鴨腿醬別有風味～
更讓我老公驚艷的是提拉米蘇，原味口感吃起來相當綿密，濃郁酒香，苦味恰到好處
抹茶口味不甜但回甘，紅豆餡甜而不膩，層次感相當豐富～
芋泥口味有濃郁的芋頭香，綿滑細緻的芋泥還有一點點的芋頭顆粒感 ，芋泥控一定要試一試！?

The red wine stewed beef cheek is just right, not the oozy taste that I am afraid of, it is full of gummy and meaty and melts in the mouth?
The confit duck legs are simply fried in a frying pan. The skin is crispy and the meat is tender. The bones and meat are immediately separated when the chopsticks are pulled, and then dipped in their special duck leg sauce for a unique flavor~
What amazes my husband even more is the tiramisu. The original taste is quite dense, with a strong wine aroma and just the right amount of bitterness.
The matcha taste is not sweet but sweet, the red bean filling is sweet but not greasy, and the layering is quite rich~
The taste of taro paste has a strong aroma of taro, the smooth and delicate taro paste has a little graininess of taro, you must try it! ?

當日簡餐是150元的牛肉咖喱(份量偏少)、加30元有一杯無糖紅茶(茶香很淡、加了糖漿還是不太喜歡)
松露義大利麵超級好吃但沒有肉稍微單薄，所以再單點鴨胸，可惜鴨胸就太乾了不推薦。
甜點非常驚喜，現做檸檬塔塔皮夠脆、檸檬餡料酸甜適中，很推！
The service is very good and the dining environment is quite comfortable. Just at B1 of the Subseismic Universe Museum, it is suitable for a small snack and chat. Recommend dessert>salty food.

The simple meal of the day was beef curry for 150 yuan (the portion is too small), plus 30 yuan for a cup of sugar-free black tea (the tea is very light, and syrup is added, but I still don’t like it)
The truffle pasta is super delicious but there is no meat that is slightly thin, so I order the duck breast. Unfortunately, the duck breast is too dry. It is not recommended.
The dessert was very pleasant, the freshly made lemon tartare was crisp enough, and the lemon filling was moderately sweet and sour. It was very popular!

The commercial lunch is a combination. The main meal is grilled sea bass recommended by the waiter. It is really delicious, the skin is crispy, and the meat is good. The set meal includes salad, bread, soup, cake and drinks. It is worth it all together.
