才買來用兩年 也不是很常用 電源的開關就壞了? 太扯了吧 我買500的音響都比這個快2000元的用的還長壽

產品有問題在上班時間送過去,可預約,有專人檢測,感覺有專業而且態度很好。 後來音響修好免費送到家,但是是壞的,問維修人員懷疑是物流摔到,即使是真的,運送時也應該提醒物流小心。 二次送修之後怕再次被摔壞,決定自己去取件,到的時候發現維修單被黏在音響上,撕下的時候還有殘膠,感覺不尊重自己公司形象跟自己的專業,也不尊重客人的物品,雖然櫃檯人員努力想把殘膠擦掉,但也已經扣分了。

爛公司不意外,東西送修要我等報價,兩個禮拜沒有任何消息,打電話問了跟我這禮拜會通知。到今天禮拜五了我再次致電詢問,跟我說那位同仁休假,要我再等到下禮拜?說什麼那位同仁家裡可能有事所以休假,欸拜託,今天貴公司答應客戶的時間沒給到答覆,然後要客戶自己承擔,今天那位同仁就算家裡有人出事都不甘我的事吧?更何況貴公司似乎不是海外公司吧,聯絡基本上應該沒有任何困難吧?做事效率是不是該再審查一下啊?

客服不專業,電話接起來只有喂,沒有正常公司會有的制式問候語,我還以為我打錯電話了!然後對自己產品不是很了解,詢問問題給出的答案也不是很確定,總之就是很差的體驗。台灣品牌只有少數幾家有在注重客服這塊,東西不是賣出去就沒事了欸⋯ 總之下次會直接買國外大廠的產品,爽感夠就好了,淇譽代工的Auluxe的客服也是差勁到底!
