後來音響修好免費送到家，但是是壞的，問維修人員懷疑是物流摔到，即使是真的，運送時也應該提醒物流小心。
二次送修之後怕再次被摔壞，決定自己去取件，到的時候發現維修單被黏在音響上，撕下的時候還有殘膠，感覺不尊重自己公司形象跟自己的專業，也不尊重客人的物品，雖然櫃檯人員努力想把殘膠擦掉，但也已經扣分了。
If there is a problem with the product, it will be delivered during working hours. You can make an appointment and have a dedicated person to test it. It feels professional and has a good attitude.
Later, the audio was repaired and delivered to home for free, but it was broken. Ask the maintenance staff to suspect that the logistics fell. Even if it is true, you should remind the logistics to be careful when shipping.
After the second repair, I was afraid of being broken again, so I decided to pick it up by myself. When I arrived, I found that the repair order was stuck on the speaker, and there was still glue when it was torn off. I felt that I did not respect my company image and my profession. Items that do not respect the guests. Although the staff at the counter tried to wipe off the residual glue, they had already deducted points.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 爛公司不意外，東西送修要我等報價，兩個禮拜沒有任何消息，打電話問了跟我這禮拜會通知。到今天禮拜五了我再次致電詢問，跟我說那位同仁休假，要我再等到下禮拜？說什麼那位同仁家裡可能有事所以休假，欸拜託，今天貴公司答應客戶的時間沒給到答覆，然後要客戶自己承擔，今天那位同仁就算家裡有人出事都不甘我的事吧？更何況貴公司似乎不是海外公司吧，聯絡基本上應該沒有任何困難吧？做事效率是不是該再審查一下啊？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 客服不專業，電話接起來只有喂，沒有正常公司會有的制式問候語，我還以為我打錯電話了！然後對自己產品不是很了解，詢問問題給出的答案也不是很確定，總之就是很差的體驗。台灣品牌只有少數幾家有在注重客服這塊，東西不是賣出去就沒事了欸⋯
總之下次會直接買國外大廠的產品，爽感夠就好了，淇譽代工的Auluxe的客服也是差勁到底！

Then I don’t know much about my product, and the answers given to the questions are not very sure. In short, it is a very poor experience. There are only a few Taiwanese brands that pay attention to customer service. It's fine if the item is not sold...
In short, next time I will directly buy products from major foreign manufacturers, I will feel good enough, and the customer service of Auluxe, which is produced by Qiyu, is also terrible!
