麵的口感像是稍微硬一點的油麵完全不像義大利麵，醬也沒什麼味道真的是無語了。
The lighting in the store is still very poor, especially the smell of old smoke that makes people unable to stay.
The taste of the noodles is like a slightly harder oily noodles, not like spaghetti at all, and the sauce has no taste, which is really speechless.

比起很多價位再高一些些的大多義大利麵來說好吃很多。
少的一星是因為麵包偏硬，濃湯好喝但有點像好市多的蘑菇濃湯。
這次點了
*奶油蝦醬麵
濃郁奶香配微辣蝦醬，好吃好香又不膩，
*青醬培根
青醬香，味覺嗅覺滿足
*宮保羊肉
較辣但不刺舌頭，清爽但味道很足
三個麵都好吃，吃完好像繼續一直點一直吃。
期待下次再訪
I must say first, the noodles are delicious.
Much better than most pastas that are a bit pricier.
One less star because the bread was on the tough side and the soup was tasty but a bit like Costco's mushroom soup.

The rich milky fragrance and mildly spicy shrimp paste are delicious, fragrant and not greasy.

The three noodles are delicious, and after eating, it seems to continue to order and eat.

遇到過主廚，他有過歐洲＆日本餐飲經驗，平日掌廚的年輕廚師也已經可以獨當一面。

奶油義大利麵的醬偏淡切沒有很附著在麵上。
湯還蠻好喝的很濃郁且有濃濃的起司感。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arguably the best pasta restaurant in Taiwan. The owner studied abroad for a while. His dish is really unique. All the ingredients are made by himself. The price range is really impressive comparing to the biggest names in Taipei while still maintain the same quality or even better most of the time. Well, occasionally the food aren't really fresh for some reason . However, I still go there quite a lot of times a week considering what he can deliver.
