★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很差的服務體驗，店員很常不在櫃上，來了2-3次至少有2次遇不到人，已在櫃上等待店員一段時間，店員回來後完全不管先來後到，只因為我們不是要取件的客人，就要我們繼續稍等，她要先服務取件客人（後到的客人要取件），原先以為取件應該不會太久，結果客人還要考慮錶帶顏色猶豫不決，店員也只顧幫客人選顏色，完全不顧我們就這樣晾在旁邊^_^希望貴公司能加強員工服務態度等訓練，能適度理一下其他客人不要把其他客人當空氣^_^

For the customer of the piece, we have to wait a little longer. She must serve the pickup customer first (the guest who arrives later will pick up the piece). Originally, she thought that the pickup should not be too long. As a result, the customer was hesitant to consider the color of the strap. The clerk also only chooses the color for the guests, and completely ignores that we just hang it next to it^_^ I hope that your company can strengthen the training of the staff's service attitude, and can properly manage other guests not to treat other guests as air^_^
