★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 開立診斷證明開了好久，開立完會打電話再去領
過兩天後打去問，跟我說還沒開好，要等連假過後才會完成開立證明
等完連假結束打去詢問，卻跟我說有通知，好幾通給妳但是都沒有回應，現在開好了可以來拿了。（電話紀錄完全沒有撥入任何電話）
這個簡單的通知流程，都可以通知不好，真的要好好加強啊

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天到康德牙醫給羅醫師拔牙，醫生人非常親切，上完麻藥不久後，大概3分鐘吧，就說牙齒拔起來了。現在兩個小時過去，沒有任何不適，也能吃東西了，真心給個讚。交通又方便，捷運文德站附近，推薦南港內湖附近的人都可以來康德牙醫。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次來這間診所，原本要做矯正，但剛好也該洗牙，所以櫃台安排張智媛醫師服務，有夠粗魯，粗魯到我想笑，覺得怎麼會有女生醫生如此粗魯！！！牙齦洗到出血，嘴角還被掰到受傷，我真的謝了！安慰自己此次洗牙承受的一切苦難，都將可以為我以後做錯事贖罪！
當然，放棄到此診所矯正，或許矯正醫師溫柔許多，但～拜張醫師所賜，無緣！畢竟我是看網路資訊過去的，沒想到如此遭遇到如此對待，真的謝謝！
This is the first time I came to this clinic. I was supposed to do corrections, but it just happened that I should also have my teeth cleaned, so the counter arranged for Dr. Zhang Zhiyuan to serve. It was rude enough that I wanted to laugh. I thought how could a female doctor be so rude! ! ! The gums were washed until bleeding, and the corners of the mouth were broken to the point of injury. I am really grateful! Comfort myself with all the hardships I have endured this time, and I will be able to atone for the wrong things I have done in the future!
Of course, if you give up going to this clinic for correction, the orthodontist may be more gentle, but ~ thanks to Dr. Zhang, I missed it! After all, I read the information on the Internet, and I didn't expect to be treated like this. Thank you very much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不管是櫃檯的掛號服務人員、跟診的牙醫助理還有牙醫師（黃立瑋醫師）都非常有耐性。今天帶著大寶去塗氟，因為他覺得氟的味道不好聞，不小心吞下去的他馬上反胃嘔吐，感謝牙助跟牙醫第一時間先幫忙安撫大寶，絲毫沒有責怪的意思，倒是我們自己非常不好意思。在初步清理完之後，醫生換個方式再度幫大寶塗氟成功，真的相當感謝，推薦給需要塗氟的家長們。

護理人員也很棒，盡量配合安排或調整預約時間，疫情期間無論醫師及護理人員都辛苦了！???
