樓上有圖書館跟演藝廳，學校有音樂比賽或是表演活動都會在這裡舉行，環境很舒適。

入口不太好找，我們是第一次來又是外地人，走錯會有點緊張
建議從海洋廣場方向過來，過橋過馬路後，看到的入口(側門)上樓較方便
若不小心跟我們一樣，一直直走到舞台裝備碼頭，也可以搭到二樓後，穿越長廊，就可到側門一樣的位置，再搭電梯上樓

The entrance is not very easy to find. We are the first time to come and be a foreigner. It will be a little nervous if you go wrong.
It is recommended to come from the direction of Ocean Plaza. After crossing the bridge and crossing the road, it is convenient to see the entrance (side door) upstairs.
If you accidentally follow us, go straight to the stage equipment dock, you can also take the second floor, cross the corridor, you can go to the same position as the side door, then take the elevator upstairs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 為觀賞人文展賦劇團鉅作《我的未來誰的夢》的演出，第一次來到文化中心演藝廳，特別感覺出建築物的歷史感。沒有附設停車場，稍嫌不便。演出甚至因大基隆連假湧入過多車潮而有些許延宕。儘管如此，仍不失為坐擁港灣優美夜景的演藝廳。
