★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great shop, friendly service. Got appointment really quickly, and Leo gave me a great haircut plus a good advice on how to dry my hair at home. My Chinese is far from perfect, but he was really patient with me, thank you! Totally recommended! (And the cat is super cute!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there today for a hair cut. The male hairstylist was some how annoyed for no reason and was being rude. It seemed to me that he just wants to quickly get the job done. There wasn’t much communication between us because he insists on doing a “minimal cut” is hard with my hair. And when I asked for his opinion he didn’t respond with profession of any sort. All in all, big disappointment. It’s just him though, the other hairdressers are friendly and nice.
They called and texted me afterwards and apologized and said their colleague had a personal issue this particular day hence the bad emotions. Forgivable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best haircut I've had! Made an appointment the day before so there was no waiting time. Counter staff was friendly and I was led to my seat by the stylist. I was consulted on the hair length and style I was comfortable with, followed by a really good wash and scalp massage, and the haircut. Left the salon and my short hairdo was selfie-ready without any styling required, which I was pleasantly surprised by. Be sure to return when I'm back in Taipei. I can only wish there are salons like this in Singapore! Prices are so affordable and the salon cats are adorable too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katty is the absolute best!! She is the sweetest person and is incredible at what she does—I couldn’t even recognize my hair after she was done because WOW! I was so impressed by it! This is my favorite haircut up until now, and I would definitely want to come back to Taipei just to have her cut my hair again.
