The staff that took the order was not speaking English at all and was barely wearing their masks, the food took a whole hour to make although there were only 3 tables full in the restaurant, they didn't bring us what we asked: we specifically asked the food to NOT be spicy due to my pregnancy (I have serious indigestion if I eat some things), they assured us that what we ordered was not spicy and guess what..I am going to regret it for the rest of the day..the food in general is mediocre, the prices are high for what you get and the place itself feels old and dirty inside. Very disappointing place..we will never make the mistake to eat there ever again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food here is great and there are so many options to choose from. Everyone from vegetarian to meat-lovers will find something to please them. The cheese fries and onion rings are amazing. The Kooks Veggie Burger has a great flavor and texture. My friends loved the Island Passion Burger and the Tex-Mex Chicken Wrap. The shakes are lovely. The only problem is the slow service. That's the only reason they lost a star. They also have some grocery items like Western style beans, peas, corn meal, etc. for sale. We plan to return to try other things on the menu. Went a second time and had the Sun-dried tomatoes and olives quesadilla. It barely had any sun-dried tomatoes but lots of olives and cheese. My friend had the Caesar Burger which she enjoyed. The Pina Colada wasn't very strong in flavor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No problem with the meals. They were great. Didn't like that they don't accept any credit card for payment, nor do they take the Taiwan issued stimulus vouchers.
Only one person taking orders and one other cooking. As a result we waited over 45 minutes for our meals. Would I go back? I'm undecided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place gets five stars just for its character- there are interesting paintings and posters covering the walls from floor to ceiling, even in the bathrooms. There are lots of interesting options on the menu, and whether you are a meat eater, vegetarian, vegan or prefer to eat gluten free, you'll find some options for you. Their fake meat with mushrooms that we got with our veggie salad really tasted amazing. Staff was friendly and service was good. My only issue is that I didn't see anything spicy that I could have and my falafel rice dish was good but lacked that wow factor in taste. Next time I'll ask if they have other sauces that can complement the dishes for a spicy pallete. The portions were pretty big and we packed the leftovers to enjoy at home the next day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ totally ignored by wait staff for 20 minutes...0 management on site despite the obvious fact it was understaffed. If a place is too undersfaffed to serve the customers and management can't be bothered to pitch in, it should not be open. The situation greatly detracted from the normally great experience of dining here. I applaud the staff who worked despite such neglect, even offering a much-appreciated free drink, but management and ownership should be ashamed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best one yet! However, the price is not that affordable but I would say it’s worth it. The food can be too greasy for some people as well.
The only downside is the queue line (Had to wait for 2hrs) and the toilet. The toilet is not in its cleanest state. The service was not what we expected... We had to wait for around an hour for the food to arrive.
