Very very bad attitude, don't waste your time going down to the shop, price is on the very high side, 600 NTD for 1 day?! It's better to rent at kenting Main Street, more competition resulting in cheaper rental of 400NTD/1 day.

Speedy and helpful roadside service. My rental scooter was trapped in Longpan Park, around 30 mins away from Hengchun township, due to battery failure at midnight. I made a call to the phone number of the the shop’s business card. The boss of this shop immediately came to rescue and replaced the malfunctioning scooter with a new one.

Was introduced by my Airbnb owner. I only rented the electric scooters (max. speed 30km/h) since local laws do not allow tourists without an international licence to rent motorbikes. Pros - For the unexperienced, shop owners will bring you to a large but rather empty carpark behind their shop for a short training session, before it decides whether the customer is able to operate it. Clear instructions given. The scooters are in relatively good condition, and 3 batteries are provided (will be able to ride to Eluanbi and back without having to change it). Neutral - Shop owners are clear on the indemnities that customers will bear for any damage, which actually is not unreasonable. It requests customers to take photos of the front, rear and back of the vehicle before heading off, and does a thorough inspection when you are back. Cons - Price seems to be on a slightly high side.

Friendly staff. Easy checking out a electric cycle(500/day). Some complain about getting charge for the scratch but I didn't have that problem. The electric motorcycle is a local brand. (Not gogoro or kymco). The battery pack is super sketchy. One died on me after 1km. You can't tell how much battery is left which is also problematic. Helmet is smelly and has hair in it. Can be more sanitary. I don't know if it's the standard in hengchung but given the sketchy bike and smelly helmet I would only give 2 stars.

Good experience. Good price: $400 per day. Workers are nice and helpful, and can speak some English. Reccomend.
