口味像自助餐，不是熱炒店。 家常牛柳，配菜佔一半以上，宮保雞丁好一點，但宮保應該算是乾炒類，沒這麼濕潤？

One of the best kept secrets of the LinJiang Street Night Market! It's a clean and cozy stir-fry restaurant, also specializing in Hokka dishes! I'm always finding myself ordering their fried rice and a vegetable dish. The consistency of the fried rice depends on the quality of the cooked rice. If it's too soft, then the chewiness of the fried rice suffers. But the taste is always top-notch! Almost always there is free cold winter melon tea available as well! Air conditioning is usually on during hot days. Their specialty is in their meat dishes, hot pot specials, stir-fry, and Hokka dishes. Some of our favorites include their baby clams, meatballs, and their stir fry cabbage. This mom & pop restaurant has been a pleasant surprise and staple of our diet since we've been in Taipei. The wife always seems diligent in keeping the place clean. One example is in how she's often boiling their utensils and bowls, and uses alcohol to disinfect the tables. Give this place a try, and feel free to get to know them as well. It's interesting how much more generous and friendly people become once you get to know them! And now we seem to find ourselves there weekly... what a nice problem to have!
