說是8點發車,結果車子8點才到車站
司機一下車看了現場人數,打了電話回公司後就宣布「這個站只能載10個人」,其他人搭其他車去羅東轉運站換車,或是搭下一班10:30的車去台北。
現場旅客直接在門口站了就要上車,沒有管先後順序,司機也沒有協調詢問先來後到。
司機對我們第10個以後的人說:你們後面的用其他方法去市區,後面我還有4個站要載人,沒辦法都讓你們上車,後面的站沒有位置那我怎麼交代?你們可以到官網去留言,我也不是老闆,沒辦法決定。
所以,我們先來的人反而沒有位置?
後來的人只是先站到門口就可以有位置坐車!
