東西去油也感覺清爽，但是缺點就是口感略乾，如果能夠平衡去油之後的口感更好
四季豆是敗筆，沒有炸好

我個人吃鹽酥雞都點最基本款：
鹽酥雞/豆干/甜不辣/豬血糕/米腸 這五款。
特色：
不油（有脫油） 各種不同食材的酥炸度恰到好處 無骨鹽酥雞有肉汁不會乾 胡椒粉辣粉灑的均勻夠味。

湯圓慢慢吃的時候發現花生粉居然有花生粒！真的是超實在的料！超好吃的！大推！而且東西都不油！很厲害....

重點是炸物非常好吃 炸功十分了得吃起來不油膩，有使用脫油機更加分 乾淨衛生食材都有用玻璃冷藏冰箱保存 非常推薦

我第一次看到環境這麼乾淨的雞排店
老闆娘找完錢手都會噴酒精
老闆也是邊炸物邊擦桌子
難得看到那麼有衛生的店家
還有脱油機很棒
都不用另外跟老闆說油要瀝乾一點
只是如果肉汁可以鎖住更多會更好
價格合理～會再光顧謝謝

（沒有特別勾選「加醬」，如果有加醬可能味道會更明顯！ 未來可以嘗試看看）
但菜單上很貼心給予很多選項，例如：加比較（多/少）的胡椒粉、不要九層塔、小辣、中辣、大辣⋯等
整體感官上也不錯，沒有特別雷的事項
