這間要購物時服務態度很好,但售後不負責的態度很明顯 ,有問題會狂推卸理由,不理你…也不給處理…(買完商品隔天就拿去詢問了…),一次光顧就行了…分店這麼多…沒必要特地去義大買…

本人在現場購物台已告知其中一位店員,此特價衣服有瑕疵,要換購其它件衣物,因此就將瑕疵衣放在購物台上,店員卻要我們先到義大它店去逛逛,但我們沒有去逛,如此言論是否簡直將客人的售後服務不當一回事,心態就是反正你昨天已購買了,也非買不可,我們就直接就站在櫃臺前等了約三十分鐘,先後有兩位店員來問,也說要你等的根本就沒處理,第三位店員是我們主動再問,才勉強處理,但態度也是令人不悅,說只能更換原特價衣服,但特價尺寸多數只剩下S小號,或品質較差或瑕疵品,因此本人要求換物加價,也不允許,若真如此的不能加價換購或不可退貨,也應該在櫃臺上或特價區標示出來,但在購物付錢也都沒有告知或櫃臺標示等,就以公司內部規定為由,根本就違背消保法一星期可更換貨物,即使特價品也一樣可更換啊!若公司內部真如此,已經違背消保法了. 本人因特價品尺寸與樣式不合,就直接要求加價標籤原價衣服外套,此時拿出會員12月生日會員特價是可打八折,但店員又說公司內部規定換購品無法打八折,但是再多買幾件,只有多買的物件可打八折,又是公司內部規定為由, 加價換購也已經不是特價品價格了,不能打八折,這與一般購買非特價品又有何差別呢?在結帳時卻告知無法用生日卡打八折呢?卻說要多買幾件才能用生日卡打八折,要多買其它的幾件才可以打八折,這種只重視推銷購買的態度,售後服務真的很差,加價換購是原價購買的,生日卡就不能打八折了嗎?會員生日卡在一年也只能用一次,我就用在這次購買不行嗎?一個店要能長久,是要靠客戶長久累積售後服務與品質的口耳相傳,而不是有賣就很客氣服務,沒買或換貨的態度就又是一個臉孔. 今天在網路上看到有位客戶PO文台北士林的LAKING的服務態度評論也很差,強迫該消費者非要購買衣物不可,這樣公司內部店員就該檢討規定是否合理,是否已經構成違反消保法了,本人給一顆星還算多給了呢?
