在銀行等 超久 觀察的結果 人員足夠 但辦事效率差 動作慢，
李副理不約束行員站在3號櫃檯前聊天的就算了，自己本身也參加了聊天的行列，一位女行員跟李副理聊到比手劃腳依依不捨的離開上樓去，4號櫃檯的李小姐 東摸摸西摸摸 走進又走出辦不到什麼做業。跟牆壁上寫著 熱誠 效率 成強烈對比。
