An account opening specialist named Zhang Xwen has a very bad attitude. Opening an account doesn't know what it means to be arrogant. Asking a question can be arrogant like this. If you are really unhappy, you can simply leave the job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 來開個户等半個鐘頭有，行員處理前一組客戶處理很久，等輪到我語氣態度也不耐煩，填好資料轉到櫃檯辦理整整快一個半小時，站到腿酸效率超慢，如果不是薪資帳戶規定要開這一點都不想來，然後網銀 app也不好用
Come to open an account and wait for half an hour. The crew processed the previous group of customers for a long time. I was impatient when it was my turn. I filled in the information and transferred to the counter for an hour and a half. If you do n’t want to open the salary account, then the online banking app will not work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 來辦理名字變更，服務台小姐差到極點！臉很臭，問她事情回答所以呢⋯！東西也一直用丟的。
回答也是要講不講口氣很差勁！我沒有碰過這樣的服務人員。
相對樓上服務人員，態度好太多了。
Come to handle the name change, the lady at the help desk is extremely bad! Her face is stinky, ask her to answer things so ... Things have always been lost.
The answer is to talk about whether or not to speak badly! I have never encountered such a service person.
Relative to the service staff upstairs, the attitude is much better.

Very, very inefficient. The clerks keep making mistakes and do not actively deal with them. They also deal with other counter affairs first, which is a waste of time and a very bad experience.
