★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 明明臨櫃有6個櫃位，卻只有一個櫃位在叫號，其他都坐在位置上做自己的事，都不願開放服務，整個銀行只有4位客人，都只能坐在位置上等待，臨櫃服務人員簡直是在比爛的。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 個人沒與土銀往來過，只是臨櫃辦一張小小的信用卡，因為很急著要，櫃台特地幫我備註急件；負責信用卡的簡先生還幫我跑去總行取卡，省去郵寄時間~~真是很感謝貴分行幫我解決難題，還有這麼熱心幫忙的兩位行員。
