櫃檯服務人員非常差勁…一付就是主管寵壞的孩子…主管豪無主見,一昧只聽從底下的人做事…可笑至極。後來我去附近商家吃東西,…才知道這一間土地銀行是附近銀行裏面評價最差的…一點都不友善…櫃檯人員仗勢欺人…狗眼看人低…(註:這不是我說的,是附近商家說的)

都說這裡服務不好,今天因為貸款的事不得已去開戶,結果出乎意料的好,一進門右邊服務台的年輕帥哥態度很親切,應該接待過很多人來開戶,手續都幫我想好了,因為下一關要到櫃檯存錢,也幫忙先抽好號碼以免久等,辦完了還拿出一份他自己做的app使用說明,圖文並茂,感覺很好。 因為月底的關係,人有點多,有對老夫妻因為等太久在發脾氣,那個帥哥也很有耐心的去幫忙(那是櫃檯的問題,跟他沒關係),真的要給個讚,不過如果有人力的話,建議月底可以加開幾個櫃檯以增加處理速度
