★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 手桿蛋餅的皮是比較厚的麵皮，有點像切過的炸蛋蔥油餅，邊邊的外皮吃起來脆脆的像餅乾一樣。
飯糰的米飯粒粒分明軟硬適中，內餡還有加一點點醬油糕。
The skin of the hand-rolled egg pancake is relatively thick, a bit like a sliced fried egg scallion pancake, and the outer skin is crunchy like a biscuit.
The rice balls are soft and hard, and the filling is a little soy sauce cake.
