★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看似琥珀色的湯頭，帶著淡淡牛味清香，喝來清爽適口。這口湯置涼后再喝郤是帶著微鹹尾韻，感覺是鹽巴下的略多了。店家滷製好的牛腱肉是另鍋晾著，而非在滷汁中浸泡，雖然看起來較乾，但吃起來相有嚼勁。大碗細麵量頗多，足夠一個男生食飽。
