Lee Hwa Hang Internet Café

One of the best Cyber Cafes in Taiwan. Reasonable prices at 30 TWD per hour for top equipment (GTX 960, GTX 1060, mechanical keyboards, gaming headsets and mouses) it's got a bistro service where you can order typical Taiwanese food and drinks. Edit. I went this Saturday September 24th around 10:40 AM and I have to say that it was really packed up, more than 20-30 people lining up. There were plenty of computers available but the way they handle the check in process is just too slow and inefficient. I waited about 1 hour and 15 minutes just to get in. You certainly need more counters or a sort of self checking for people who already have a membership with the cafe. Edit 2. On October 3rd the owner of the cafe has politely informed that the computers who were available were actually "reserved" or paid by a group of people. That day (September 24th) at 9:40 AM it was pretty much fully booked. I still think if you are going to book several computers for a group you should first take a deposit and inform the other customers about the waiting time. We were not told how long would it be nor that we actually needed a ticket number. I still think a faster check-in way for members of the cafe should be available so you could just swipe your card and go upstairs. As of today, they have update their PCs with NVIDIA Pascal 1060 GTX.

Great service with top knotch equipment. Computers have large 144hz, 1ms gaming monitors and computers equipped with 2080's. Keyboard are good with razir mice. They also have English menus.

Great spec computers. Fast connection. Good game selection. Friendly staff. Only complaint is they done have any support for English / other languages. Can be difficult to navigate programs and games on the computers because of this

Huge internet cafe, computers were newly specced, GTX1070 on the 2nd floor, GTX1060 on the 3rd to 5th, basic charge NT$30 per hour, seating was comfortable, can get discounts if also ordering food, great inexpensive place to kill time.

A big Internet cafe that is super cheap. You play on the best hardware from about $1 an hour. Make sure you have a phone with google translate to use with the computer as there are no English options for how to load up and play games or buy food from the in house menu. It’s a bit intimidating.

Great internet cafe. Has all the computers, games, food and drinks you need to have fun all day, or week (don't die). It costs $1/hour USD.

Great service, top of the line computers for you to enjoy games at max settings for a very reasonable price. Only thing is that I would have liked to try their new RTX 3000 series. I can't really complain since I still got on a 2080 though. Food is kinda pricey but it's a really nice convenience to just be a click away from ordering anything you want. 10/10 will come again. Staff members speak good English so there won't be any problem if you don't speak chinese

Hahah.. When I saw this spec, for a sec, I couldn't believe my eyes! God, what a nice experience to play on the latest elite league specs. My only recommendation would be to get at least few 4k display, so people can really churn out the complete juice off this rig ??? Hope to see it soon, as it's one the best gaming cafe in all Asia!
