法律扶助基金會（簡稱法扶基金會或法扶會、法扶）是由司法院捐助成立的財團法人，全國均有法扶分會及原住民族法律服務中心，主要提供「法律諮詢」及「申請法扶律師」的服務。「法律諮詢」管道包括電話法律諮詢、與律師面對面現場法律諮詢、駐點視訊法律諮詢，民眾免支付律師諮詢費而是由法扶基金會支付律師諮詢費。「申請法扶律師」這項服務包括可以申請法扶律師幫您：打官司（訴訟代理）、撰寫法律書件（撰狀）、協助調和解法律糾紛，此項服務基本上需審查「資力」和「案情」，經審查委員認定通過審查標準後才能派法扶律師協助您。不論您有婚姻（如離婚、子女監護權等）、債務、勞資糾紛、原住民相關、或是車禍等民事、刑事、行政訴訟等法律問題，均可向法律扶助基金會聯絡，申請方式請撥打法扶全國專線02-412-8518轉3洽就近法扶分會（市話不須加02），向法扶分會預約法律諮詢或申請法扶律師。 此外，為衡平犯罪嫌疑人與犯罪偵查機關雙方間法律專業知識之落差、協助當事人於警詢、偵訊等程序中有效保障自身之權益，如遇檢警訊問需要申請法扶律師免費到場陪同時，請撥打申請專線：02-2559-2119，此專線不受休假日影響，24小時全年無休，

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天老婆去詢問如果要申請律師幫忙打官司需要準備什麼文件資料，櫃檯小姐不知道是不是家裡出什麼事還是怎樣，愛理不理，就是不懂才問，還叫我們自己看，就是看不懂才問，然後就一副死尪的樣子不理人，這種人怎麼會安排在那裡真搞不懂
Today my wife went to ask what documents I need to prepare if I want to apply for a lawyer to help in a lawsuit. The lady at the counter didn't know if something happened at home or what. I just asked, and then just ignored people like a dead man. I really don't understand how such a person would be arranged there.
