★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 房間內沒有內線分機，就算有也常常找不到老闆娘，園內人力單薄，服務丟三落四，不是遙控器沒電且找不到電池更換，就是浴室內缺毛巾。另外房間內的空調只有冷氣而無暖氣，床上棉被單薄，冬天前往住宿，夜間可練抗寒能力。比一星好一點的地方，大概只有老闆娘親切有耐心。
