張	張兆郎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 從冷水坑到連接苗圃線一路平緩，無陡坡，只有緩坡，屬於七星山的山腰路，路徑分別為岩石石階路面，石子路，注意濕滑問題，蚊蟲不多，林相不錯看，生態豐富。冷水坑過來可往遊客中心或往七星山公園，或直上七星主峰東峰。2019.7.21. 果皮是垃圾垃圾自行帶下山垃圾勿掩埋勿餵食小動物要有公民素養 The road from Lengshuikeng to the nursery line is gentle, there are no steep slopes, only gentle slopes, and they belong to the mountainside roads of Qixing Mountain. The paths are rocky stone steps and stone roads. Pay attention to the slippery problem. J	Josephine Chen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 從冷水坑方向往苗圃出發的話，是非常平緩好走的步道，沿途是枕木、碎石所鋪設，路經好幾座木棧橋，整段幾乎都有樹蔭遮蔽，遊客也不多，是走起來非常舒服的踏青路線這天是因為在冷水坑站等了好幾台公車都擠不上車，只好走冷苗步道往苗圃回陽明山遊客中心。意外發現一條優質步道，未來不失為陽明山下山路線的好選擇 Starting from Lengshuikeng to the nursery, it is a very gentle and easy walk. 蔡	蔡宗熙 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 感覺2周前車禍受傷的腳已經好了 ! 29日一早起床就將啞鈴、水壺其他東西湊了10公斤往揹包塞，8點準時起走。0800苗圃登山口--七星公園--七星山主峰--東峰--夢幻湖--冷水坑--冷苗步道--1150苗圃登山口，全程約9.6公里，3小時50分結束，只是隔天小腿真夠酸的。這應該是北市郊山中較能訓練體力的一段，除東峰到冷水坑這一段無遮蔽外，其餘路程兩旁皆是濃密樹林，非常清涼舒爽，很適合初爬者練習。 I feel that my injured foot from a car accident 2 weeks ago is already good! G	George Yeo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1.七星山登山步道苗圃線(+冷苗步道)全線石階, 乾燥幾乎無青苔, 平緩好走, 至 1.2 公里處休憩區有小松鼠等著餵食, 旁有請勿餵食標示. 2.1.2 公里處休憩區右前方進入冷苗步道, 可到冷水坑. 左前方繼續七星山登山步道苗圃線, 可到七星山主峰、東峰, 也可於約 1.5 公里處右轉, 往前一直走到七星山公園、夢幻湖、冷水坑. 3.風景優美, 來此健行的人們不少. 4.台灣大哥大和中華電信訊號皆弱, 於剛進入七星山公園處無訊號, 夢幻湖訊號弱且不穩. 1.
