剛剛看評論,業者回覆卻依然還在狀況外,若當初出包時,明明可以再向店長詢問是否有活動,卻沒有此行為,真心覺得新月廣場麗嬰房裡的店員都在推卸責任,就已經明確告知他們問題點在哪裡(沒搞清楚活動!!!送錯寶貝卷也是如此!這也是他們麗嬰房的活動!!!當下也問過店員是否能折抵,自己搞錯導致送出寶貝卷,還來致電騷擾,出錯再來要回???過錯卻全部推向顧客 哪招?!要收拾殘局也處理好吧?!誰會願意發生這種事呢?若當初能明確知道店內活動的話,就不會發生這些事,除了這件事已經忍了好久,有幾次去店員都狗眼看人低,無視掉,等到我買很多東西時,才非常積極過來,讓人超級不舒服,已經不是一兩次忍很久,剛好這次事情,整個爆發!!!

之前印象很好,但近幾次消費感受很差,差一點點滿五千可折育兒金因此跟朋友湊8包nacnac 洗潔精$999的特會組(朋友前幾天向門市人員詢價過)當天店員卻很篤定說沒有,也沒有向公司搞清楚活動,讓我沒有折到就算了,過幾天朋友去買又說有這個活動並且用育兒金後還得到寶貝卷(我有超過2000卻沒有拿到),事後向門市店員詢問發放寶貝卷的資格到底是什麼和洗潔精活動的事,店員回答用育兒金不能送(但我朋友也有用就有啊)只說就是不能不清楚發放的店員為什麼給被發現的話不能用???至於洗潔精活動是臨時的(但朋友之前詢價時明明就是說從10/1到10月底) 因為感覺店員對很多活動不清楚便向總公司客服詢問這些問題,事後店員卻想向朋友討回寶貝卷說是客服的意思因為我打去客服的關係(請問這是在怪我嗎?!)就是因為你們每個說的不一樣我才問總公司最快啊….打給我的時候也一直在繞圈還說因為活動太多不可能每個都清楚(可以理解難免有這些困擾但不清楚不用詢問公司或是店長之類的嗎?搞的好像我硬要凹還說客服說我一定要卷不得已才向朋友討回???),再來沒湊到$999洗潔精折育兒金的事,讓我再花1500以上重新折,但我原來不用花那麼多錢就可以折跟朋友湊不用多花,店員又改口不然讓我買那個組合直接重新折(可是我不需要啊!原先是朋友一起湊現在要我另外花錢是什麼邏輯)店員又回我那我到底要買什麼重新湊不可能給我湊零食等等(我就已經說我在考慮看看吧因為此時此刻已經我不是很需要),過程中也告訴店員只是要搞清楚資訊不對稱所造成的問題也希望他們搞清楚活動聽到最後卻像是顧客的錯一樣一直逃避責任 更 看到店家回覆實在傻眼 當初只是打去客服詢問活動疑問不是去客訴,結果第一時間不是打來跟我解釋了解狀況,先打去跟我朋友討回卷態度還很差才是讓我後續爆炸的點,至今還是在規避責任,後續在電話談論的方案對我一點幫助都沒有我要同意什麼?也只能摸摸鼻子結束事情啊!
