躺下後放在身上的毛巾，也幾乎是用丟的放。
原指定使用玫瑰香味的洗髮精，第二次再洗的味道卻不一樣。
不只洗頭手法很不行，在服務上跟細節上都沒有處理好。
像設計師反應也只得幾句的對不起跟抱歉，感受很差！
