刺身新鮮，牛排熟度恰到好處，北寄貝鮮湯甘甜，套餐吃下來每道都很驚艷，這次造訪不小心拖到供餐時間，服務生們還是都很有耐心，值得下次再訪

海陸饗宴套餐 今日例湯-洋蔥湯 主廚特製-板煎大海蝦 主餐-紐西蘭小羔羊排 NT$ 1,980 追加-松露炒飯 - 回台灣被爸媽拎出門餵食 但怎麼又是日式料理? 好在許多食材屬於在日本自己根本吃不起的東西 剛好來打打牙祭 三種前菜中最喜歡右方的那道 滷到入味的白蘿蔔 搭上高湯凍 外加一小塊蟹肉棒 是清爽小點 沙拉中比較特別的食材是竹筍 微冰鎮過的筍塊淋上酸甜的醬汁 完全開胃（有哪次不開胃? 麵包跟洋蔥湯屬於安全範圍內 季節海鮮盤是整條魚 板煎的魚肉很多汁又鮮嫩 以解剖的方式完食整條魚 板煎北海道鮮貝搭上新鮮脆口大海蝦 一旁煎得焦脆的山藥十足滿意 完食海鮮後來杯水果醋重置味覺 後面接上熟度適中的羊排 一份有三支 最愛炸得酥脆的蒜頭 最後以炒櫻花蝦高麗菜 及加點的松露炒飯收尾 甜點是個人覺得有點過甜的抹茶紅豆餅 用餐空間舒適 重點是好吃又吃超飽?

High price low quality and service.

It was a great dining experience for me. Not sure what the other reader is referring to in terms of not meeting IHG standards. IHG has such a huge spectrum of low to high end properties, from my perspective this hotel restaurant definitely exceeds IHG standards. The restaurant space is quite beautiful. The service was very attentive. The food presents nicely and tasted quite good. The price certainly isn't cheap but reasonable for the place and quality of the food

Nice space, very bright and new. Service standards are not up to par with IHG standards, informed restaurant management but they don’t care. Maybe they’ll drop the Crowne Plaza name after the contract expires. Food quality is nothing special, had rib eye, sushi set and an extra order of avocado roll. That avocado roll was full of mayonnaise, FULL OF MAYONNAISE, just a smear of avocado. Sushi set was pretty subpar, sushi rice was not properly prepared and fish wasn’t fresh. Steak was just ok, tasted a bit “watery” and that’s a compliment. Not worth making the trip to this restaurant, might be ok if you’re staying here and there are not many choices in the surrounding area or your level of standards are based on holiday inn express. Try that avocado roll, seriously the worst thing ever, makes supermarket sushi great again. 非常低水平的地方，東西難吃服務差，另外應該是全世界最難吃的酪梨壽司卷，快來吃吃看：吃不到酪梨到是吃到一大坨美乃滋（拆開來看也沒酪梨）
