評價: 誠信疑慮,不知所云的店家,不建議將貴重產品交付維修,此次當作學經驗,google評分不一定準。以下事實經過,內容均有實際紀錄,若有不實歡迎爭論。 事由: 因個人時間考量,急需檢修,故不考慮送技嘉原廠(4-7天),後來參考google 評分就近找到台中宇聖評估清灰塵當天可拿(1小時內),故老婆持技嘉AERO15送台中宇聖檢查風扇與清潔項目。 備註:"""送修之前除了風扇異音,使用皆無異常""" 經過: 於10/1送至宇聖維修,原先特別交代老婆務必在旁觀看,維修期間老闆將老婆支開自行維修,但因google評價分數高,我們持信任態度不疑有他。 約一小時內處理好後殼已裝好(清潔灰塵,上散熱膏),老婆將電腦轉交到我手上。開機測試後發現沒接電源的情況下電腦會不定期的直接""斷電"",當下隨即聯絡老闆,誰知道遇到的是鬼打牆的推卸責任,還說什麼我的電腦比較昂貴,還說什麼怕客戶不爽之類的。之後在我自行測試下插上電源後""完全不會發生"",也就是維修人員拆機端子接頭未插好導致接觸不良。 就這樣因為時程問題,插著電源使用到10/18,送台中技嘉原廠檢查及保養,也將有送原廠之外的維修公司的事告知。工程師在10/22當場提供照片和現場實機說明,該機並無上"散熱膏",也在今日聯繫宇聖,當然仍是鬼打牆的回覆,說可以到店退款給我。 結論: 本人自行拆換各品牌筆電無數次,也送修過無數機子,對於聖宇的說詞無法接受,即便該店家說可以退款,我仍然需要跳出來告誡沒有經驗的送修者,小心為了保養電腦反而釀成更嚴重的後果。

誤信了google的評價,經過這次我才知道 店家必須要從負評看起。 上位負評李先生說的對!!到這維修電腦 “千萬”在場看店家檢修 “千萬”不要急著修 事由: 主機無法電源開機,請店家檢查電源供應器問題。結果到了之後,老闆只叫我留下主機和連絡方式。之後用Line 電話報價說主機板跟電源供應器都有損壞,重點沒有維修項目報價單據。 專業度: 使用了十年I-3主機板內建顯卡,竟然建議維修!!主機板維修比較好還是換新比較好,請專業一點好不好!一直強調CPU跟主機板很貴,文書機是能貴到哪? 而最主要壞的電源供應器。原本使用銅牌500w,被換成“松聖”白牌400w。強調文書機400w夠用!!我已經懶的爭執了,我還是自己處理或自己去再組一台。花錢買教訓 只能說這店家不夠厚道,請貨比三家再決定修理。至於我一定不推薦這家宇聖!!如果堅持要在這裡修理千萬要在現場看店家檢修。
