★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went here many times and to various departments. Though each doctor has to see a lot of patients they always take their time and give professional advice. The food court is also very extensive and excellent. This is especially nice if you need to spend a long time here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hospital is amazing! The regular hospital is clean and the rooms are comfortable. The doctors are excellently trained and the nursing staff is caring. The Emergency Room is always crowded and dirty. I suggest only going to the ER if the situation demands it. The surgeons may son had were amazing. They even took the time twice to wrap his bandages again because he got them wet.
However, if you DO NOT speak Chinese navigating the hospital's departments is difficult. Finding an English speaker to help you is almost impossible depending on day of week and time you go. I suggest bringing a Cinese speaker with you to help translate. Lastly, make sure you are familiar with Taiwanese methods and procedures when visiting the hospital. This will help ease anxiety about being at the hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is rude if u can’t speak chinese. No one is wiling to help. They ask u to make phone calls and even if u choose english version, no one would be able to help and speak.
Toilets are dirty, examinations tables are dirty, u would just lay down on same table as previous patient, they will not take time to disinfect it. Same for pillow cover supposedly be a 1 time used thingy. It will be all wrinkled with some hairs of previous patient. Good luck if u need to go there...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Take a long time for then first time patients to register and volunteers don't really help much. Big hospital slow down the efficiency. Car park are very good, metro rail train is very convenient and nearby.
