★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A delicious Taiwan beef noodle restaurant with very convenient and centralized location, but you will need patience to enter into it!!
Not very big restaurant but everytime I go there, it’s FULL!!
Good price consider such good quality of beef, and the pork chop is GREAT too. Soup is hot enough and the beef is tendered. Don’t miss to try the toppings put on the table esp. the black color spicy one, smell very very good!!!
If you are a food lover, go and try but can’t expect to sit very comfortable.
Staff is so friendly and polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personally I think this place is overrated, the beef noodle soup is ok, flavour is nice but nothing to special, noodle itself is similar to Japanese udon noodle, thick and chewy, but ahain, nothing too special. Lastly the beef, I think the tendon tastes better than the meat itself.
In conclusion, with a price tag of $150 per bowl, I think it's worth a visit, but if you are seeking a beef noodle restaurant that can blow your mind, I strongly recommend you to look else where.

My friend and I both ordered a different variant of Beef noodles. Both were very nice. Despite it was very busy, the noodles were served within 3 minutes! They also offer take away ~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old time restaurant and Michelin star noodle House. Quality taste and the noodle is perfectly firm as it should be. The soup is just delectable. If you want to know what a real beef noodle suppose to taste, come here and try one. Compare them with all others and you might find the succint difference that earned them the Michelin star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like checking out the inexpensive Michelins when I travel. This 70 year old noodle shop is "hidden" in an alleyway in the center of the city. The light soup base had good flavor; the standard noodles were large udon-style but a bit on the soft side. I usually end up getting the half beef half tendon version with thin noodles in the more intense braised soup base. The fried pork chops were also good especially with some raw garlic. Sitting outside has the best vibe !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good beef noodle ?. I have to say everything is well balanced. The soup is rich without overly beefy. The bowl is loaded with beef more than I can handle. The beef texture comes in fresh and clean tastes. Easily chewable. The noodles are tasty without being mushy. Moreover all prices are unbearably low. 160 for a bowl of beef noodles ?. 20 for a dish of appetizers. I went by around 10:45 am and found the restaurant was fully packed. So shocked. I decided to join the line and had my first beef noodles there. The service was sweet but all seatings are crowded. Going back for more.

A short line and we waited for less than 10 minutes as line moves pretty fast at around 11:30 near noontime.
Prices are reasonable per se as listed on the wall. Side dishes at $20 each is quite affordable.
Beef noodle soup I ordered was delivered in minutes, tasted as good as it could be. Broth is rich in flavor if I may added it. Noodle is a tad thick in my opinion then is very edible as well. Having said that, taste is all but personal preference. I always like thinner noodle as it gathers bit more soup from bowl to mouth. That little friction amount of soup may made a difference, especially in noodle business. Call me nitpicking if you would. Nothing could go wrong to stick to your feeling for a good bowl of beef noodle soup, always pamper yourself for a satisfying meal.
