Right next to the train station! Very convenient to rent a scooter for a day or longer. only nt$450 for the day of nt$550 per 24 hour rental. They have options for people without taiwanese license. Highly recommend them for Taroko Gorge missions or any adventuring you may have. 郭宸甫 went above and beyond for us. He was very helpful, hospitable and even fetched my scooter from my airbnb because I could not ride it back to the shop with my suitcase. We are international tourists and not familiar with local laws and he was patient with explaining whatever questions we had. Also, most sales people would try to overcharge us as we are foreigners but he was kind and even gave us a discount for a longer term rental. Cheapest pricing around Hualien city, I called and shopped around for pricing and they were way cheaper and had better maintained vehicles with a larger selection. Will definitely be using them again in the future :)
