Assortment of items are complete. Prices are reasonable. Staff is very friendly. A must go to place for motorcycle gear seeking people. They even have moto gear for kids.

Service is good. No pushing. Plenry goods for heavy motorcycle riders. Rare to find in Taipei city with 2 floors shop. Average price is medium and affordable. Recommend to spend some time there if you are a heavy motorcycle rider

Great selection of motorcycle gear for riders here, especially on boots and gloves. They also have all kinds of accessories, like balaclavas and scarves. Prices are a bit on the high side, but you're getting trusted brands like Alpinestars and Dainese. Upstairs they also have a good range of motorcycle luggage such as top boxes and tank bags, and also some accessories/stickers for your bike. It's easy to lose track of time and find yourself browsing all the little upgrades you can make to your ride/equipment. Worth checking out if you ride motorcycles!

I don't like doing this. But, I feel I need to. Honestly this has been the worst motorcycle shop I have been to. I found the staff to be very arrogant when I compare it to the staff to the location in Stuttgart, Germany which i have been to many many times. All the sizes are for people who are 177cm or smaller. What makes it more dumb is they always refer you the website (louis.eu) and when you ask if they have something or at least when I did after I showed them something on their website. it was the same answer. We don't have it or we don't have that size. Can you order it? More excuses follow. But, yet of you go to any location in Germany, France, the Netherlands, Poland or the UK. If they don't have something in stock they will get it for you. But here in Taipei? No! Why are they just too lazy? Next is they are way way over priced. they refer you to the website and even if you go to any of the location If there is a 25% or 30% discount on an item. its across the board at every location. Except for Taipei. They already over charge and they don't offer the same discounts as all other locations. One piece of advice. Don't buy from here. if you know someone overseas or is going overseas. Have them, buy it for you. And if your going overseas to any other location you will see what customer service is like. Out of 5 Service - 0 Prices - 1 Choice - 1 Only area I would give them a 5 is location. When I wrote to the head office about the bad experience I had at the Taipei location they were very apologetic. But, here in Taipei? Nothing. Just bad attitude and arrogant.
