★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 早上去點早餐時,因為找會員黑卡Q R code花了不到一分鐘,店員不但不幫忙還說不知道QR code在哪裡,還請我到旁邊自己找,讓後面的客戶先點餐。這樣的服務通常不會在服務業上,加上上次有次在這間店掉了500元,因此對這間店的印象就更差了。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 連鎖店發展迅速,想跟上潮流以App方便顧客點餐及取餐,但整體規劃就是做一半;以黑卡吸引顧客累積紅利回饋是很好的主意,然而黑卡上App的點餐店面卻找不到我去的店面,自己前往門市詢問,店員告之他們這門市要用Line app點餐,所消費的點數另外累積,這算是一店好幾制嗎?任何一家早餐店的app都比這家好用,顯然沒人在管理,我不會再來這邊用餐了,失望透頂!

不是只有我遇到
第一次以為員工心情不好,
後面好幾次,
同一個員工,臭臉不打緊
說話口氣沒有必要這樣對應客人。
「妳實聯制了嗎」
「要等喔 」
「要什麼」
「還有咧」
「載具不要靠那麼近!」
「這樣哪會刷到!」
做餐點就在後面櫃檯,
明明就沒其他人,
餐點做到一半
還可以去摸前面飲料蛋糕的冰箱櫃上方。
然後又繼續摸製作的餐點。
(回家就丟了)
外帶的餐點做好了
就放在櫃台上
還要客人自己去問
「這是我們外帶的餐點嗎?」
「歐,對喔」
也許妳遇過的客人待妳不好,
但不是所有的客人都如此。
很可惜以後不會再踏入這家店,
若要點的話會捨近求遠去中興路。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務人員態度真的很差,冷冷的講話沒關係,我買了好幾樣熱食也有飲料結帳根本沒跟我說號碼,等餐也只有我一人,餐好了對著空氣叫號碼,全場就我一人看著我說餐好了很困難嗎?走過去發現沒有袋子,兩位服務人員看都不看一眼,我主動問請問袋子要另外買嗎?回個對,然後沒了⋯離我近的那位還裝聽不見呢!就是她結帳的喔,我又走去結帳檯跟回我的那位小姐說那我要買一個袋子,等半天服務人員還是忙她的完全不抬頭⋯我最後自己塞進我裝了小孩的藥的小袋子拿走,雷暴,絕對不會再去
下次應該先看評論的,雖然是附近住戶但買早午餐從來沒進去過,附近隨便一家態度都好超多的(超推麥味登很親切)
