The coffee beans are wonderful with lots of choices and varieties, the teas are flavorful, the snacks fun and yummy, the bagels delicious, the service is friendly and efficient, and the ambiance and music is totally enjoyable. My two only complaints/suggestions are as follows: The bathrooms need to be checked and cleaned regularly. The toilets are often dirty, the walls and surfaces dusty, and there is often no paper towel to dry the hands. The AC is almost universally set too low, with several cold spots that are unhealthy and wasteful, and these 2 problems occur in most locations I frequent in Taichung.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Louisa’s coffee. I have been to this location several times and have been to their restroom in the past.
Today...the restroom was filthy. It looked like it had been weeks since it had been cleaned. Dirty walls, floors, toilet was awful.
Makes me afraid to drink or eat anything sold here if this level of cleanliness (or lack of) is considered acceptable.
