★ ★ ★ ★ ★ （with English menu) there is not very easy to find a cafe in the morning. I’m curious whether people from Taitung don’t drink coffee in the morning... it’s very good to find a Louisa coffee in here, and the it tastes good, just like all other shops of this chain. It’s still a little bit far from the old station/bus station by walking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place, the prices are good compared to other coffee shops in Taiwan. Of course, if you want the cheapest coffee you can find it in 7-Eleven, which is great too. But sometimes I prefer the atmosphere of a real coffee shop.
