Downstairs 2 stars
Upstairs is light and airy, good smell of coffee and pleasant jazz music.
Downstairs has a “reading room” but it smells like a damp basement full of students which is what it essentially is. The toilet is very unclean and smelly.
Coffee is standard price and taste, service friendly enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like Louisa Coffee for their good and affordable coffee and dishes. Most of the stores are quite small however or only offer coffee to go. In some branches it’s possible to meet with friends or study since there is more room.
Service is pretty good. I like it much more than Starbucks. Would come again anytime. But mostly because it’s convenient and simple.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employees helped us past the language barrier. Milk tea was super cute and delicious. We found breakfast products with American inspiration to satisfy our appetite. It's a chain very similar to Starbucks but with more variety of cafe sandwiches.

They're losing quality in environment management. Bathroom is dirty, indoor plant is dead but still left there on display, and wifi also unable to connect to. Okay for grab and go but seating experience is Sub-par.
Friendly staff, clean environment, good food and drinks at reasonable prices. A good coffee and light meal experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the cakes so much.. really delicious..Dark Chocolate Cake have raisins inside and the Lavender Cheesecake so so good, they put fresh lavender flower inside which add unique taste and smell good. I had Caramel Machiatto just ordinary, but maybe the Speciality Coffee should be better. Quite crowded even have 2level seating area. Have English translation on the menu and price. Good for short time relax after walk around.
