因一句“懂得喝義式咖啡才是行家”創辦人黃銘賢初嚐Espresso，強烈風味震撼了味蕾，定下做杯好咖啡的決心。堅持手工烘豆、細細翻動、控制火侯，尋找甜蜜點讓咖啡豆完美釋放風味，歷經四年研發出經典配方，以義大利女神Louisa為名，守護讓所有咖啡愛好者喝杯好咖啡的信念，堅定對精品咖啡文化的熱情，並於2006年創立第一間門市，開啟路易莎精品咖啡連鎖品牌的世界藍圖。

Y	YIHANG CHIANG on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以往咖啡都很好喝，買超過百次，但有一次外帶澳洲小拿鐵味道比較淡，跟店長反應，被店長罵：「澳洲小拿鐵本來就是拿鐵，味道比較淡也不一定是店的問題，而且你的咖啡是我做的，怎麼可能會有問題？你打電話抱怨到底是想幹嘛？」我回：「沒有想幹嘛，只是告訴你今天的澳洲小拿鐵味道跟平常不一樣，也許你不會犯錯，我也知道了。」之後，我們辦公室就沒有再訂這一家路易莎，都改訂一心路的店。 In the past, coffee was delicious and I bought it more than a hundred times, but once I took out a small Australian latte with a weak taste, I reacted to the store manager and was scolded by the store manager: "A small Australian latte is originally a latte, and it is not necessarily a store if the taste is weak.
