路易莎的輕食幾乎都很讚
特別推 磚壓三明治?跟口袋歐姆蛋
不過收到餐點的時候 內餡很多都腋出來☹️
（還好有買袋子） 感覺是做餐的時候沒壓好
磚壓跟歐姆蛋旁邊都有很大的洞

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 來用餐時先生不小心打翻咖啡灑在小孩手上，小孩痛苦大哭，沒同理心的店員戴著口罩學小孩哭，然後眼角露出開心的樣子，小孩燙到是我們的問題，這我都知道，店員可以不用過來慰問也沒關係，在是在那邊嘻笑，這是對的行為嗎？

唯一不足的地方是，化妝室的垃圾桶常常都滿了，地板跟垃圾桶上像是在玩疊疊樂一樣，衛生紙跟擦手紙沒了也不會即時去補足。
旁邊貼了每小時清潔表也將近4-5小時沒有打勾，是不是代表員工根本沒有在巡視，雖然知道假日人潮多，但希望貴店能夠把環境維持整潔。
The staff are friendly and the food is delicious. I have been to so many Louisa restaurants, and I personally like this one the most.

目前狀況改善很多，餐點跟飲料可，只是椅子不太OK，如能換成較佳椅子可更上一層樓。

早班人員訓練不足，服務態度冷淡，重點是外帶熱飲蓋口未密合，撒了一袋。希望加強員工訓練!

They also allow absent customers to occupy empty tables near the wall plugs for hours, which makes it impossible to work on your laptop even if nobody is using the plug. Don't expect to find any soap or hand sanitizer in the restroom.
