因一句“懂得喝義式咖啡才是行家”創辦人黃銘賢初嚐Espresso，強烈風味震撼了味蕾，定下做杯好咖啡的決心。堅持手工烘豆、細細翻動、控制火侯，尋找甜蜜點讓咖啡豆完美釋放風味，歷經四年研發出經典配方，以義大利女神Louisa為名，守護讓所有咖啡愛好者喝杯好咖啡的信念，堅定對精品咖啡文化的熱情，並於2006年創立第一間門市，開啟路易莎精品咖啡連鎖品牌的世界藍圖。

位於台南善化啤酒廠附近的這家Louisa的地點可以說是相當的不錯，非常的得天獨厚！而且就位於星巴克的隔壁。這家店的生意算是非常的不錯，但是可能因為太忙碌的關係，服務的品質不太好，有時侯會顯出不耐煩的情緒⋯有些可惜。

The location of Louisa near Tainan Shanhua Brewery can be said to be quite good, very blessed! And it's right next door to Starbucks. The business of this store is very good, but maybe because of the busy relationship, the quality of the service is not very good, and sometimes it will show impatient emotions... It is a pity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable place for a break. There are many tables, decoration is simple but provides a good feeling, service is correct and there is an open free wifi. It's not too difficult to park around and the soft background music is welcome, whether for chatting, reading or working. Coffee, cakes and the various snacks (burgers, bagels...) are good, as expected for this popular franchise. Menu has also a welcome English translation for foreigners.
